We opened our doors in 2011 providing HR solutions to a wide audience around the world. We train on a variety of topics including Global HR, Social Media & HR Technology, Recruiting, Compliance, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We also train on Communications, Team Building, Handling Difficult Conversations, Brainstorming, Time Man
We opened our doors in 2011 providing HR solutions to a wide audience around the world. We train on a variety of topics including Global HR, Social Media & HR Technology, Recruiting, Compliance, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We also train on Communications, Team Building, Handling Difficult Conversations, Brainstorming, Time Management and many other topics, We train employees and HR professionals. We provide benefit plan administration, conduct audits and review ISO processes and procedures, research, design and deliver executive compensation reviews, design and implement policies and processes, provide talent acquisition globally, help with contract transitions and standing up global offices, and more.

She has been a featured presenter in the METRO DC area focusing on workforce development, generational diversity, international HR management, disability awareness, accommodation, and disclosure, social media from an HR perspective, employer and self branding, and staffing.

Ms. Henderson is a United States Navy veteran. She has been a featured presenter in the METRO DC area focusing on workforce development, generational diversity, international HR management, disability awareness, accommodation, and disclosure, social media from an HR perspective, employer and self branding, and staffing.
Ms. Henderson has served as the President, President-Elect, Past President, Legislative Director, and Communications Director for the Dulles SHRM Chapter Board of Directors. She was also the Technology Director on the Virginia SHRM State Council.
She has supported and led teams in multiple locations both in the United States and abroad. Prior to forming HR Exploration, Ms. Henderson served as the HR Manager for Oceana, Inc., the largest international non-profit focused solely on ocean conservation and sustainability. She served in various HR, Finance and Analysis roles prior to her time with Oceana. She also has extensive CONUS and OCONUS government contracting experience.
